Faculty Program Proposal (for not-for-credit trips with students)
Brief Description
Thank you for your interest in submitting a faculty program proposal to ETSU. This is application page for ETSU faculty that are interested in leading a group of students abroad in a program that is endorsed by the university. Please click "apply now" to get started. If you have never logged in before, please follow the instructions on the First Time Login Page very carefully, as they are not intuitive. Those that already have Bucs Abroad accounts created can click "apply now" and login with their ETSU credentials.
Application Process
- Click "Apply Now"
- A complete application means all documents have been submitted (checked off) prior to the term's application deadline.
- "Signature Documents" are terms where you electronically sign your agreement
- "Questionnaires" are questions about the course proposal details.
- For additional guidance, please follow along on the Bucs Abroad Faculty Information pages. The Faculty Information page will help guide you through the process with several checklists.
How Will I Know If I'm Accepted or Declined?
The International Advisory Council (IAC) will contact all applicants via email to inform him or her of the council's decision. If your program is accepted, you will be given instructions on how to create a Bucs Abroad Program Page. If your program is declined, you will be given information as to why your course was not accepted and suggestions for improvement for the next application cycle.
