ewha campusLocation
Ewha Womans University is situated in the center of Seoul in the exciting Shinchon area, about 10 minutes by subway or bus from downtown Seoul, the capital and heart of the Republic of Korea. The population of international students at Ewha is over 800 (around 450 international exchange/visiting students and 400 international degree seeking students). Students will be immersed into an international environment where they can form bonds with peers from all over the world as well as Korean local students on campus. Ewha Campus Complex (ECC) is Korea’s largest underground campus. The ECC contains a library, bookstore, gym, movie theater, cafés and lecture rooms. The ECC is considered one of the most beautiful campus facilities in the world. The city of Seoul is surrounded by many beautiful mountains that are easily accessed for daily excursions.

How It Works
– Application
You will first need to schedule an appointment with ETSU's study abroad coordinator. Once you have completed the ETSU requirements, you will work directly with Ewha. The application deadline for Ewha's fall semester is May 15, and the decision is usually made in June.
– Cost
Thanks to the exchange program at ETSU, students can attend Ewha Womans University for the same tuition cost of attending ETSU’s main campus.
– Lodging
Exchange students typically stay in the International House (I-House). I-House was built in 2006 and provides furnished single and double rooms. However, other on campus accommodations are offered. On campus housing is recommended as it is typically cheaper than the off campus rates within the city.

– Travel
Students should plan to fly into Incheon International Airport or Gimpo International Airport and arrange to take either public transportation or a taxi service to the school. More information on traveling to Ewha Woman's University can be found here.
