How It Works
You will first need to schedule an appointment with ETSU's study abroad coordinator. Once you have completed the ETSU requirements, you will work directly with ESC Rennes. The application deadlines for ESC Rennes are 30 May 2016 for fall semester and 21 October 2016 for spring semester of 2017.
Because tuition is paid through ETSU, the cost of attending ESC Rennes is comparable to taking 15 credits at ETSU. However, other budgetary considerations should be made prior to departure. These additional costs can be discussed with your study abroad advisor.
As with most campuses in France, ESC Rennes School of Business does not have residence halls and therefore all students registered at the school must rent private accommodation. The school and the “Well’Come” team can help students, if they wish, find accommodation for the duration of their stay in Rennes. Accommodation in Rennes needs planning and reserving in advance as it is a university city with over 60,000 French and international students every year. Rents can vary depending on the landlord, the location and the services and equipment provided. Students are therefore strongly encouraged to reserve their accommodation as soon as possible after having been accepted.
There are a variety of ways to travel to Rennes, France, but the most suggested route is to fly directly to Rennes–Saint-Jacques Airport (RNS). Upon arrival, ESC Rennes's Well'Come Team can arrange to pick you up and bring you back to the school. Adjusting to life in Rennes will be easy thanks to the Well'Come Team as students will guide you though the ins and outs of everything you need to know upon arrival on campus.
